This role is responsible for Salesforce architecture and governance, including CPQ, integrations, and automation that scale across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance.
You will serve as both a strategic leader and technical architect, balancing long-term CRM roadmap planning with hands-on design, configuration, and optimization of Salesforce. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in CPQ, complex enterprise system integrations, and the ability to support diverse sales motions, including both Product-Led Growth (PLG) and Sales-Led Growth (SLG) models.
Your Area of Focus
CRM Architecture & Hands-On Execution
- Design and oversee CRM architecture, with direct involvement in Salesforce configuration, data modeling, CPQ setup, and advanced automation.
Salesforce CPQ & Advanced CRM Capabilities
- Lead Salesforce CPQ transformations to enable scalable quoting, pricing, and contract management. Ensure alignment with upstream product data and downstream ERP/finance integrations.
Enable Multiple Sales Models
- Configure CRM processes and data structures to support both PLG (high-velocity, self-service) and SLG (enterprise, high-touch) motions. Partner with Revenue Operations and Customer Operations to ensure CRM supports the full customer lifecycle.
Team Leadership & Standards
- Build and mentor a high-performing CRM team. Establish architecture standards, coding practices, and documentation processes to ensure consistency and scalability.
Cross-Functional Alignment
- Partner with executives and other stakeholders to align CRM roadmap with business strategy, influencing decisions that shape customer experience and revenue performance.
Governance & Optimization
- Monitor system performance, enforce governance, and continuously identify areas for improvement to deliver resilient, efficient, and future-ready CRM solutions.
Your Professional Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in CRM systems, with significant time spent in Salesforce architecture and leadership roles.
- Deep technical expertise in Salesforce configuration, data modeling, and CPQ implementation.
- Proven ability to design CRM solutions that support both Product-Led Growth (PLG) and Sales-Led Growth (SLG) selling models.
- Hands-on experience integrating Salesforce with ERP, CPQ, marketing automation, and customer success platforms.
- Strong architectural skills with the ability to design scalable, maintainable CRM solutions that balance business needs with technical best practices.
- Experience leading feasibility studies, budgets, and cost-benefit analyses for CRM programs.
- Demonstrated success in building and retaining high-performing technical teams.
- Excellent influencing skills, with the ability to drive outcomes across executive and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Known for introducing innovation in CRM through AI, automation, and process transformation initiatives.
- Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Advanced Administrator, CPQ Specialist, or Architect-level credentials) preferred.
