We are seeking a skilled Finance Operations Analyst with a focus on managing employee sales commissions. The ideal candidate should be meticulous, efficient, and able to work with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely commission processing.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and administer sales commission calculations for employees, ensuring accuracy and adherence to organizational policies.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Sales, and other departments to streamline the commission process and ensure data accuracy.
  • Review, validate, and process commission-related financial data with attention to detail.
  • Provide support during month-end and year-end close processes specific to commission calculations.
  • Analyze commission data to identify trends, address discrepancies, and propose improvements to the commission structure.

    Qualifications:
  • CA or 3 to 5  year of relevant experience; alternatively, a BCom (Hons.) graduate with experience in managing employee sales commissions.
  • Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in financial software and advanced skills in MS Excel.
  • Ability to manage confidential information with the highest level of professionalism and integrity.
