Key Responsibilities

Stay up-to-date with product innovations and industry trends.
Conduct competitive analysis and feedback for product development.
Collaborate with design teams on prototypes and POCs.
Understand and communicate API and data integration requirements.
Write Statements of Work (SOWs) and proposals to support solution implementation and customer engagement.
This role requires 25-50% travel

Skills and Experience

8+ years in Solutions Architecture, Pre-sales, or Lead Product Management.
Strong background in ERP or SaaS solutions for Supply Chain, Inventory, or Logistics.
Experience engaging with mid-market to enterprise car dealerships.
Pre-sales & Demo Experience: Ability to present solutions and conduct compelling demos.
Negotiation & Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to drive alignment across OEMs and dealerships.
Project Management & Execution: Hands-on experience in defining and driving execution strategies.
OEM & Dealer Integrations: Experience with dealership software and third-party integrations.
Automotive Fixed Operations Knowledge: Understanding of parts logistics, inventory, and supply chain challenges.

Preferred Skills

Familiarity with dealership operations (not mandatory).
Experience with OEM websites (Tier 1 - Tier 3) and integrations.
Understanding of Digital Retail, Online Chat, F&I, Desking, CRM.

The salary range describes the minimum to maximum base salary range for this position across applicable US locations. The actual compensation offered may vary from the posted hiring range based on geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.  In addition to the compensation listed, this position may be eligible for equity compensation, and a bonus or commission whereby total compensation may exceed base salary depending on individual or company performance. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.

Base Salary Range

$180,600 - $265,500 USD
