Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Marketing Operations Manager to join our growing marketing team. In this role, you will oversee the development, execution, and optimization of marketing systems and processes that drive efficiency, data accuracy, and alignment across all marketing efforts. Your expertise in tools like HubSpot and Salesforce will be essential in streamlining operations, tracking performance, and ensuring that our marketing strategies are executed seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities
- Marketing Technology & Systems Management
Manage and optimize marketing technology platforms, ensuring seamless integration with other internal systems (e.g., Salesforce CRM, data tools).
Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of these tools to improve lead generation, conversion, and nurturing processes. - Campaign & Lead Management
Oversee the reporting of marketing campaigns in alignment with sales objectives.
Manage lead lifecycle processes, ensuring that marketing leads are properly scored, tracked, and handed off to sales in a timely manner. - Data & Reporting
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) across marketing campaigns, including pipeline contribution, and revenue growth.
Ensure data integrity across marketing systems, working closely with both the marketing and sales teams to ensure accurate reporting and analysis. - Automation & Process Improvement
Lead the implementation of marketing automation workflows within HubSpot and Salesforce, optimizing for lead nurturing, segmentation, and customer journey personalization.
Continuously analyze processes and identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements. - Collaboration & Cross-functional Support
Work closely with marketing and sales operations teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with organizational goals. - Marketing Tech Stack Management
Help manage marketing tech stack, ensuring that systems and tools are cost-effective and deliver ROI.
Maintain relationships with third-party vendors, ensuring that all tools and platforms are properly integrated and supported.
Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing technologies, tools, and trends.
Skills and Experience
- Experience:
- 4+ years of experience in marketing operations, marketing automation, or a similar role within a technology space vertical.
- Strong experience with HubSpot, Google Analytics and Salesforce, including advanced knowledge of their reporting, automation, and lead management capabilities.
- Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams, manage projects, and improve operational efficiencies.
- Skills:
- Expertise in CRM and Marketing Automation Platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
- Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
- Strong understanding of marketing funnel management, lead scoring, and segmentation.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Experience with Account Based Marketing reporting is a plus

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

The salary range describes the minimum to maximum base salary range for this position across applicable US locations. The actual compensation offered may vary from the posted hiring range based on geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. In addition to the compensation listed, this position may be eligible for equity compensation, and a bonus or commission whereby total compensation may exceed base salary depending on individual or company performance. Base Salary Range
$74,100 - $116,000 USD
