Location and Flexibility
This is a hybrid role based in São Paulo, requiring 2 days per week or 8 days per month in the office. Our WFN culture is designed to foster in-person innovation, collaboration, and connection with team members local and visiting from other global offices.
The Opportunity
As an HR Operations Intern, you'll be part of our dynamic Human Resources team, supporting various operational aspects of HR management while gaining hands-on experience with international HR practices and systems. This is a unique opportunity to develop your skills in a global technology company while working with cutting-edge HR tools and processes.
This position will be responsible for Human Resources activities related to the Personnel Department, focusing on benefits, onboarding, vacations, time and attendance, leave of absence, termination, and other HR tasks, aiming to complete the payroll process.
Responsibilities
- Assist with payroll processing (folha de pagamento) and benefits and related documentation
- General updates into different systems (WorkDay, Hub, T&A)
- Support the onboarding process (processo de integração) for new employees including hire documentation
- Help with employee offboarding procedures, and coordination of post-employment medical examinations (exames demissionais)
- Support the implementation and maintenance of our HRIS (Workday), helping to streamline HR processes and data management
- Collaborate with the HR team on various projects and initiatives related to employee relations and engagement
- Help maintain and organize HR documentation and records in compliance with Brazilian labor laws (CLT - Consolidação das Leis do Trabalho)
- Assist in coordinating HR processes and procedures, ensuring alignment with both company policies and local regulations
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related technical fields
- Basic to intermediate English proficiency, sufficient for email and Slack communication
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Excel and Google Workspace
- Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn
- Ability to commit to a 2-year internship program
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Interest in HR technology and operations
