Location and Flexibility
This role can be fully remote for candidates based in Brazil. If you are based in São Paulo or Porto Alegre, you are welcome to work from one of our offices on a flexible schedule.
The Opportunity
As a Business Analyst part of our growing Data & AI team, you will work closely with customers to turn data into critical information and knowledge that can be used to make sound business decisions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Data Scientists, Software Engineers, and other technical stakeholders, to ensure data quality and support data-driven decision-making.
Responsibilities

Elicit, analyze, and document business and user requirements

Develop process flows, use cases, and analytical artifacts to support solution design

Write and manage complex user stories in Jira for the product feature set

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define acceptance criteria, acceptance tests, and analytics requirements

Manage the analytics SDK backlog and represent requirements for new capabilities

Partner with the development team to prioritize features, refine requirements, and ensure end-to-end delivery

Collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets, including video-product usage analytics

Leverage data insights to inform decisions and drive product enhancements

Design and implement reporting dashboards and utilize analytics tools to uncover insights

Develop and execute test plans to validate functionality and quality

Track trends and monitor errors using test analytics to ensure high-quality releases

Partner with developers to troubleshoot issues and drive continuous improvement

Execute tests and triage defects based on impact and priority
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role, ideally combining business analysis, testing, and data analysis

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements

Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience in fast-paced, dynamic environments

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and visualization tools

Experience with quality assurance and software testing practices

Preferred: Coding experience and knowledge of YAML, SQL, and GIT
-
Strong understanding of SQL, relational databases, and normalization principles

Experience with query and reporting tools such as Tableau, Pivot, or Elastic Search

Proven experience using project management tools like Jira to write and manage complex user stories
