Who you are:
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Deal Desk Analyst with strong expertise in project management and sales operations. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting our sales team by managing deal structures, providing actionable insights through the creation and maintenance of Salesforce dashboards, and streamlining sales processes to drive operational efficiency. This role is essential in ensuring accurate pricing, contract management, and compliance, directly impacting revenue growth and deal velocity.
What you’ll do:
- Support front-end users by ensuring they have the tools, reports, and dashboards needed to make informed decisions and drive revenue growth.
- Serve as a go-to resource for CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) and Deal Desk processes, helping to streamline quoting, pricing, and approvals for the sales organization.
- Work with business customers to gather requirements and deliver user-friendly reporting and analytical solutions that empower teams to self-serve their data needs.
- Troubleshoot front-end issues related to reporting, dashboards, and data quality, ensuring seamless user experiences and accurate data outputs.
- Assist with CPQ configuration and troubleshooting, ensuring that pricing tools are optimized and aligned with business objectives.
- Recommend and implement improvements to reporting tools, focusing on ease of use, accuracy, and automation.
- Recognize and adopt best practices in reporting and analysis, ensuring data integrity, reliability, and user accessibility.
What you’ll need to succeed:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in a sales operations, revenue operations, or similar role.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, with a strong understanding of dashboard creation and management.
- Advanced Excel skills, including data analysis and visualization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on data accuracy and integrity.
- Experience with other sales tools and technologies (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.

Compensation:
Base Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 USD. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
