What you'll do:

As Revenue Analytics Lead, you will report to the Director of Revenue Operations & Analytics and play a key role in shaping how Templafy measures and optimizes performance across our revenue engine. You’ll lead the definition of core GTM metrics, build reporting infrastructure, and partner closely with post-sales teams and our centralized data and systems functions to ensure reporting is insightful, accessible, and action-oriented.

Your work will span both strategic definition and practical delivery—from building Power BI dashboards for leadership to ensuring front-line teams have the right insights embedded where they work, such as in Salesforce. You'll play a key role in bridging the gap between commercial strategy, data infrastructure, and user experience.

Who you will work with:

As part of the RevOps team, you’ll work at the intersection of strategic insight and operational impact—helping our GTM organization move faster and smarter. The friendly and productive team is comprised of three other individuals and are located both Copenhagen and NY. The Manager is located in Amsterdam, The Netherlands.The team also works very closely with the Commercial Systems team. 

We are an office-first team, and this role is based in our Copenhagen office to support effective collaboration.

What you can Expect: 

  • Define and govern sales GTM metrics (e.g., time to value, adoption, retention, expansion) in partnership with RevOps, Customer Success, and Implementation leaders.
  • Translate business needs into scalable dataset and reporting requirements in collaboration with our central Data team.
  • Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards for commercial leadership and executive stakeholders.
  • Partner with the Systems team to align Salesforce data architecture and ensure field-level and object-level reporting aligns with business objectives.
  • Support embedded, behavior-driven reporting for users across GTM teams—particularly in Salesforce—to ensure reporting meets stakeholders where they work.
  • Lead and contribute to deep-dive analyses that inform strategic decisions, surface risk/opportunity areas, and drive process optimization.
  • Ensure high data quality, consistency, and self-service enablement across the revenue org.

Requirements: 

  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in analytics, business intelligence, or revenue operations in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Proven Power BI skills with experience designing scalable dashboards, data models, and governed metrics.
  • Experience working with and understanding the Salesforce data model; ability to collaborate cross-functionally with system admins and architects.
  • Comprehensive understanding of post-sales SaaS performance metrics (e.g., NRR, CSAT, onboarding success).
  • Ability to balance commercial context with technical execution, and translate between stakeholder needs and data structures.
  • High proficiency in Power BI and Salesforce is required.
  • “Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate” is a plus.
  • Advanced skills in Excel and comfort working across multiple data sources is a plus.
  • Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and able to structure ambiguous problems into actionable plans.
  • Effective communication skills—concise, clear, and able to engage across technical and commercial audiences.
