Your Role:
The Senior Recruiter is a critical member of Tenable’s Talent Acquisition team, responsible for delivering all facets of recruitment success across both Go-To-Market (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success) and Product Engineering teams. This will be achieved through the development of local, national and global recruiting plans, employing traditional sourcing strategies and resources and developing creative recruiting ideas. The Senior Recruiter will develop meaningful recruiting strategies that promote methods to source, evaluate, and pipeline technical candidates for Tenable.
Your Opportunity:
- Partner with senior management, people business partners and department heads on strategic recruiting projects that support the department needs
- Participate in the creation and upholding of best practice recruiting policies and systems which help attract high-quality employees, support priorities, and promote competitive advantage
- Work with outside vendors (software and agency relationships) to fill key roles
- Develop recruiting strategies, understand talent movement and demand in the market
- Lead full life cycle of recruiting, from planning, sourcing, assessing, through hiring
- Prioritize building a diverse team at every step of the recruiting process, ensuring our top-of-funnel efforts and interviews provide candidates of all backgrounds with equal, unbiased consideration and opportunity
- Source candidates through applicant tracking system, job boards, search engines, social networks
- Fulfill open requisitions with cost-effectiveness in securing high-quality talent
- Know Tenable’s business and cybersecurity competitors
- Participate in workforce planning for all talent needs. Anticipate future trends
- Oversee the development and ongoing engagement of active and passive quality candidate talent pipeline to support immediate and long-term needs
- Maintain industry awareness and market intelligence in hiring trends, competitive intelligence and compensation trends and challenges
- Determine which candidates move on to the interview stage and receive offers
- Formulate offers, negotiate and close candidates
May perform other duties and responsibilities that management may deem necessary from time to time
What You'll Need:
- 7+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience
- Experience building social media, and employment branding strategies
- Adept with using a variety of recruiting technologies to source talent
- Experience applying leading recruiting practices, keeping up with trends
- Enthusiasm to evolve an outstanding global talent acquisition function
- Experience working with employees at all levels
- Report multiple recruiting metrics
- Understanding of social media to source and attract candidates
- Research skills and creativity
- Bachelor's degree is a plus
- Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods of time
- Physically able to participate in training sessions, presentations, and meetings
This is the base pay range for this position. Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, location and experience, and may fall outside of the range shown. Employees are also eligible for variable compensation in addition to base pay (commission for sales roles, bonus for non-sales roles), depending on company and individual performance. US Pay Ranges
$107,000 - $143,000 USD
