
Manufacturing Technician, Supply Chain

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manufacturing Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing integration tests to ensure that our server systems meet functional, performance requirements. This includes testing hardware, software, and networking components to deliver high-quality server systems that meet customer requirements.
This role is remote, based out of Taiwan.

Responsibilities:
- Integration Testing
- Execute integration tests to ensure that server systems meet functional, performance, and security requirements.
- Manage the integration testing environment, including setting up and configuring test equipment, software, and networks.
- Create test cases to validate server system functionality and performance.
- Collaborate with ODM partners to test products to meet quality and performance standards.
- Collaborate with ODM partners to identify opportunities for continuous improvement, including process and test coverage enhancements.
- Defect Identification and Tracking
- Identify and track defects found during testing, and work with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
- Troubleshoot issues found during testing, and provide technical support to resolve problems.
- Documentation
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test results.
- Continuously improve the integration testing process, and document new testing methodologies as needed.
Experience & Qualifications:
- Strong technical skills in server system architecture, hardware, software, and networking.
- Experience with testing tools, such as test automation frameworks, test management tools, and defect tracking systems.
- Experience with Linux operating systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Develop and track performance metrics to measure the efficiency and effectiveness of integration testing.
- Implement test automation frameworks and tools to improve testing efficiency and reduce manual testing effort.
- Optimize the test environment and procedures to reduce test cycle time and improve testing efficiency and effectiveness.
