Supply Chain Analyst Co-Op

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate shipping and receiving activities to ensure timely and accurate movement of goods.
- Collaborate with logistics partners and carriers to arrange efficient transportation of materials.
- Verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and resolve any discrepancies.
- Manage inventory levels of various components, including meticulous chips management.
- Implement inventory tracking systems to monitor stock levels, reorder points, and lead times.
- Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and minimize stockouts.
- Monitor and track vendor consignment inventory, ensuring proper reconciliation and reporting.
- Collaborate closely with sales & engineering teams to plan and schedule builds based on inventory on hand and component shortages.
- Work with vendors to establish production schedules that align with company requirements and production goals.
- Optimize production plans to ensure efficient resource utilization and on-time deliveries.
- Generate and issue purchase orders (POs) for production components and materials.
- Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, deliveries, and supplier communications.
- Monitor order status and lead times, proactively addressing any delays or issues.
- Review online tickets for product requirements from internal and external customers.
- Fulfill orders based on the specifications provided, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Experience & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to manipulate and analyze data effectively.
- Previous experience in a similar supply chain or logistics role, demonstrating a strong understanding of supply chain principles.
- Demonstrated ability to work onsite to execute tasks that require physical presence in the office.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and communicate with vendors.
- Detail-oriented mindset and strong analytical skills to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant supply chain qualification or ongoing pursuit of such qualifications is a plus.
