
Strategic Initiative Intern

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical co-op to support our Strategic Initiatives team in driving critical deal initiatives and investor relations activities. This role will provide you with exposure to complex deal structures, international business strategy, and the development of compelling partnership proposals. You'll be an integral part of our team, directly contributing to the evaluation and execution of strategic initiatives that shape our global growth.
This role is on-site, based out of Toronto.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Partner and Investor Analysis:
- Conduct in-depth market research to influence deal evaluations, and strategic decision-making, as
well as potential investor opportunities. - Support the development and maintenance of partnership evaluation frameworks, including
financial analyses, strategic evaluation, and risk assessments.

- Assist in the creation of compelling partnership proposals (PowerPoint, PDF, etc.) that articulate
the value exchange and synergies of potential partnerships. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (finance, legal, sales, etc.) to gather necessary
information and ensure alignment, facilitating clear and concise communication.

- Manage and organize critical information for all initiatives, ensuring accuracy and accessibility
for the team. - Create and maintain comprehensive partnership and investor trackers, containing all critical
details while maintaining a concise, user-friendly format - Accurately capture detailed updates, summarizing them into key action items, and ensure they are
communicated and available to all key stakeholders

Experience & Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Business Administration, Finance,
Economics, or a related field. - Interest in technology, AI, and strategic partnerships.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Google Workspace.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information
clearly and concisely. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with market research and competitive analysis techniques.
- Must be legally able to work in Canada.
