
Product Engineer Intern

As part of our engineering team, you’ll gain hands-on experience across firmware, system software, hardware, and validation while working on real-world problems in next-generation computing. Interns are paired with mentors and encouraged to explore multiple disciplines as they grow their technical skill set.
This role is hybrid, based out of Toronto, ON
Who You Are
- Passionate about computer architecture, ASIC design, and system-level thinking.
- Comfortable coding in Python, C, or C++, with strong debugging and scripting skills.
- Interested in silicon and system validation of chiplet-based designs.
- A clear communicator with analytical thinking and a strong desire to learn quickly.
What We Need
- Support development and maintenance of firmware for next-gen AI hardware.
- Contribute to performance and power validation for Die-to-Die PHY used in chiplets and systems.
- Assist with pre- and post-silicon bring-up and system debug.
- Generate silicon validation and performance reports for chiplet-based products.
What You Will Learn
- Learn how low-level software interacts with advanced AI and CPU hardware.
- Gain experience in silicon bring-up, testing, and performance tuning.
- Develop automation techniques for post-silicon verification and debugging.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across firmware, hardware, and software.
