What You Will Do

As a Product Marketing Specialist, you will be instrumental in aligning product innovation with market needs, enabling the sales team, and driving customer success. Your responsibilities include:

  • Sales Enablement:
    • Develop high-quality sales enablement materials, such as pitch decks, battle cards, and one-pagers.
    • Provide ongoing training to the sales team, equipping them with up-to-date product knowledge and competitive insights.
    • Build strong relationships with sales teams, integrating into their routines and acting as their go-to resource for product-related support.
  • Market Research & Positioning:
    • Analyse customer needs, industry trends, and competitor strategies to refine product positioning.
    • Monitor and evaluate pricing and packaging strategies, ensuring competitiveness and market relevance.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy:
    • Lead the launch of new products and features in collaboration with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
    • Design and execute campaigns that highlight product value propositions and drive lead generation.
  • Messaging & Storytelling:
    • Craft clear, compelling messaging that addresses customer pain points and communicates product benefits effectively.
    • Partner with marketing teams to maintain consistent messaging across all channels, including digital campaigns and events.
  • Performance Tracking:
    • Measure the effectiveness of product marketing efforts using defined KPIs and metrics.
    • Gather feedback from sales teams and customers to improve tools, materials, and strategies continuously.

Who You Are

You Must Meet These Critical Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing, sales enablement, or a similar role.
  • Proven expertise in creating sales enablement tools, go-to-market strategies, and conducting market analysis.
  • Fluency in English and one additional local language (French, Italian, or Spanish).
  • Strong ability to translate product features into customer value and actionable insights for sales teams.

You Can Impress With These Additions:

  • Experience in the restaurant, hospitality, or tech industry, especially in B2B SaaS products.
  • Advanced skills in developing detailed buyer personas and mapping customer journeys.
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to present complex concepts in an accessible way.
  • A track record of delivering impactful sales training sessions and presentations.
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
