TheFork is daarin een partner voor Nederlandse restaurants om potentiële gasten te bereiken. Als accountmanager help je de restaurateur en werken jullie samen aan een optimaal resultaat voor zijn of haar restaurant.

Functieomschrijving

Als accountmanager ben je onderdeel van een jong, dynamisch team en speel je een belangrijke rol in de relatie met onze restaurateurs. Vanuit ons fraaie, moderne kantoor aan de Amsterdamse Houthavens zorg je met telefonisch advies op maat voor een sterke band tussen TheFork en de Nederlandse restaurateurs.

Als accountmanager beheer je een portfolio van restaurants. Dankzij jouw advies en dienstverlening kunnen de restaurateurs zich optimaal concentreren op hun zaak, en krijgen ze zoveel mogelijk gasten aangeleverd. Ook help je hen bij hun day-to-day business. Op basis van je portfolio worden bepaalde sales targets gesteld. Deze individuele targets (aangevuld met teamtargets) maken dat je met de andere accountmanagers de schouders eronder zet en dat uit ieder account het optimale resultaat wordt behaald.

VerantwoordelijkhedenJe werkt nauw samen met restaurateurs waarbij er per restaurant een marketingstrategie op maat wordt opgezet. Je zorgt ervoor dat zij een effectief revenue management bewerkstelligen met behulp van ons reserveringssysteem en onze promotie producten.

  • Je verkoopt diverse promotieproducten die TheFork aanbiedt en werkt daarnaast actief aan succesvolle wereldwijde campagnes van TheFork
  • Je werkt samen met onze marketingafdeling om zoveel mogelijk online zichtbaarheid te genereren voor de restaurants
  • Je werkt dagelijks aan het behalen van je maandelijkse target, dat voornamelijk gericht is op de omzet die de accounts in jouw portfolio behalen.
  • Je bent een vast betrouwbaar aanspreekpunt voor de restaurateurs in je portfolio en bent goed op de hoogte van wat er speelt in jouw regio.

Profiel

  • Je bent resultaatgericht en haalt energie uit het nastreven en uiteindelijk behalen van targets
  • Je bent overtuigend
  • Je bent zelfstandig, maar functioneert ook goed in teamverband
  • Je werkt secuur en gestructureerd
  • Je bent stressbestendig
  • Je hebt probleemoplossend vermogen en denkt in kansen
  • Je hebt een positieve instelling en wilt altijd het maximale uit jezelf halen
  • Je bent een echte salestijger met lef
  • Je bezit een relevante opleiding op minimaal HBO niveau
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden (zowel schriftelijk als verbaal)
  • Ervaring in sales is een pre
  • Ervaring in telefonische verkoop is een pre
  • Ervaring met salesforce is een pre
