What you will do:

This role can be located in Paris, France or Milan, Italy.

You will report to the Global revenue director, within the Central Marketing team - which oversees all of the 11 countries of TheFork. Your goal is to help position TheFork as the champion of the restaurant online booking category, notably by maximizing the total revenues of TheFork through initiatives around two complementary pillars: Partnerships and Monetization. As simple, as challenging and as exciting as that. You’ll be taking on projects related to Partnerships and Monetization depending on the priorities of the moment. 

On the Partnerships pillar, hand-in-hand with the Senior partnerships manager:

  • Project Management: lead partnership initiatives to optimize further the activity or tackle new opportunities, in strong coordination with business partners & product stakeholders
  • Operational support: help the team with key partnerships activities (business monitoring, setup, matching, reporting, invoicing) and coordinate needs’ & feedbacks’ collection for further developments.
  • Business development: collaborate with the team to execute prospection activities, including preparation of business cases, pitching to potential partners and evaluating opportunities before implementation.

On the Monetization pillar, hand-in-hand with the Senior pricing analyst:

  • Ideation: Identifying new monetization opportunities & assessing their relevance, be it for our Restaurant or Diner customers
  • Execution: Leading & coordinating end-to-end execution of validated initiatives, in strong relationship with our countries & other central functions (notably Sales, Operations, Data, Product & Engineering and Legal)
  • Optimization: Working closely with all teams to identify & drive further optimization of existing strategies or processes, notably through leveraging eye-opening learnings from the field and data insights

Day to day tasks include:

  • Cross-team coordination: support and partner with teams across the organization (both the central and local Marketing & Sales teams, but also with Product & Engineering, Data, Finance & Product teams) to unlock efficient collaboration in execution
  • Analytical work: constantly be leveraging our data to identify potential optimizations or size upcoming opportunities

Who you are:

You Must Meet These Critical Qualification

  • Education: Bachelor or Master degree
  • Language: Being fluent in English is a must. French, Spanish and Italian are a plus
  • IT: expert  level in Excel, but also Google suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides). SQL notions are a plus
  • Proven track record, preferably in digital companies, around business development / pricing
