What you will do:

As part of our dynamic international People team, you will support our Talent Acquisition efforts across Europe. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment within a tech-driven, mission-led company.

  • Source and screen top talent for roles across Sales, Customer Care, Marketing, Engineering, and more.
  • Conduct CV reviews and initial phone interviews, and organise the full recruitment cycle in close collaboration with Hiring Managers.
  • Maintain a well-organised and up-to-date pipeline in our ATS (Greenhouse).
  • Contribute to creating an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Liaise with hiring managers to coordinate interviews and support decision-making.
  • Work closely with the broader HR team to support our recruitment goals and employer brand.
  • Take part in ongoing projects and initiatives to continuously improve how we attract and engage talent.

 

Who you are:

  • You are fluent in English, fluency in Spanish or Italian is a plus;
  • You are either a student or recently graduated (to be eligible under an internship agreement with your University) ;
  • You have recently graduated or are in the final stages of your studies, ideally with a focus on HR, Business, or related fields.
  • You are a natural communicator and enjoy working with people from different backgrounds.
  • You are curious, eager to learn, and excited about international business and HR practices.
  • You are adaptable, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Interest in employer branding, candidate experience, and recruitment operations.
