Customer Product Success Specialist

As part of TheFork’s international growth strategy, we are building a new team focused exclusively on selling and supporting our restaurant reservation and management software – TheFork Manager – in new international markets. We are looking for a Customer Product Success Specialist to train, onboard, and empower new restaurant partners, helping them make the most of our product from day one.

You will play a key role in enabling adoption, creating delightful onboarding experiences, and supporting our go-to-market success in countries like Ireland, Poland, UAE.

You’ll report to the Sales Manager New Markets and play a critical role in driving the success of new markets expansion.

What You’ll Do

  • Onboard and train newly signed restaurant partners to TheFork Manager, ensuring a smooth start and high product adoption.
  • Partner with the Inside Sales team during the pre-sales process providing product expertise and tailored solutions to prospective restaurant partners.
  • Guide partner restaurants through the platform’s core features: booking widget, availability setup, table and service management, and more.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, helping restaurants streamline their operations and digitize their booking processes.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for retraining and offer refresh sessions as needed.
  • Collect and share feedback from partners to help improve our onboarding flow and user experience.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Account Managers, and Product team to ensure alignment and deliver consistent value across the customer journey.
  • Stay up to date with product developments and ensure your stakeholders are informed.

Who You Are

  • Experience in training, onboarding, or customer success roles — ideally in SaaS or tech environments. A background in hospitality is a plus.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages like Polish, Arabic, French or Spanish are a plus.
  • Confident communicator who can simplify complex tools and engage a variety of customer profiles.
  • Empathetic, collaborative, and passionate about helping people succeed with technology.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally and navigating ambiguity in a fast-moving pilot context.
  • Familiar with CRM tools like Salesforce is a plus.
