Your Mission


As Chief Marketing Officer, you will define and lead TheFork’s marketing vision. You will inspire millions of diners to discover restaurants they love.

You will balance the science of performance marketing with the art of brand storytelling, ensuring TheFork is both a performance powerhouse and a beloved brand across Europe. You will lead and inspire a strong marketing organization, partnering with country leaders and central teams to drive growth, engagement, and long-term brand equity.

Your Key Responsibilities


As CMO, you will:

  • Accelerate growth through best-in-class performance marketing (SEA, Meta, Criteo, affiliates, etc.), continuously improving ROI while testing and scaling new channels.
  • Boost CRM contribution with personalized, data-driven lifecycle strategies (push notifications, email, automation), driving engagement and repeat usage.
  • Optimize marketing investments by coordinating spend allocation across countries, ensuring local execution aligns with central guidelines and maximizes impact.
  • Build a recognisable international brand that is premium, recognizable, and trusted, reinforcing TheFork as the go-to destination for diners and a key partner for restaurants.
  • Expand partnerships and monetization, strengthening existing collaborations while identifying new high-ROI opportunities.
  • Identify and test new channels, compensating for potential declines in traditional TV investments and ensuring sustainable growth across the funnel.
  • Lead and inspire the marketing organization, developing talent, spreading best practices, and scaling a culture of excellence, creativity, and execution.
  • Act as a thought leader in hospitality marketing, anticipating trends and shaping the industry’s future.

Who You Are

  • Proven leader with extensive experience managing large-scale marketing organizations in fast-growing, digital-first companies.
  • Deep expertise in performance marketing, CRM, and lifecycle management.
  • International mindset with the ability to balance international strategy and local execution.
  • Highly analytical, data-driven, and ROI-focused, while also a strong brand builder.
  • Skilled at identifying and scaling new marketing channels.
  • Strong communicator, able to influence senior stakeholders and inspire diverse teams.
  • Entrepreneurial, hands-on, and resilient in fast-paced environments.
  • Hospitality industry knowledge a plus; fluency in English required (French, Spanish, or Italian a plus).
