Senior Creative Producer

About the role
As a Senior Creative Producer, you will be responsible for managing productions and budgets across all destinations. You will work in collaboration with the Creative and Production team, alongside internal and external stakeholders, to ensure the smooth workflow of assigned projects. Reporting to the Creative Production Manager, you will implement effective processes and ensure the delivery of creative assets of the highest standard.
- Understand our audience and create commercially viable content tailored to specific personas and destinations.
- Project manage the full organization and delivery of video and photography shoot productions, ensuring they are on time, to brief, and visually stunning.
- Collaborate with Stylists, Photographers, Designers, and various internal stakeholders to bring brand collaborations to life.
- Manage external agencies & suppliers to engage the best creative artists while negotiating cost-effective rates.
- Oversee and manage logistics in collaboration with Own Brand, production, and logistics departments.
- Overcome challenging issues with creative, innovative, and cost-effective solutions.
- Support the Creative Team on concept research and ensure smooth production schedules.
- Quickly respond to urgent issues and manage workflow effectively within creative and production teams.
- Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders across various hubs.
- Independently problem-solve and deliver creative projects on time, to brief, and within budget.
- Continuously seek new ways to drive productivity efficiencies and maintain high standards of work.
Essential Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:
- Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role
- Excellent time and project management skills.
- Ability to multitask and problem solve autonomously.
- Experience with pre-production trafficking and budget tools.
- Strong communication skills and ability to manage internal and external stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented and deadline-driven with the ability to manage multiple projects per week.
- Proficient in budget management and reconciliation as well as adminstrative skills for raising invoices and contracts.
Desirable Skills and Experience:
- Proficient in Monday.com or similar project management tool.
- Proficient in Google Doc Suite.
- Experience in an agency or in-house environment, particularly within the Australian fashion industry.
