
Senior Content Production Associate

- You are responsible for building and publishing 1-2 articles in the CMS per day, closely collaborating with staff e-comm and visuals editors and ensuring that our editorial production calendar deadlines are met
- You’ll source, edit and upload stock photos, product images and other digital assets to the CMS, in keeping with our visuals style guide and best practices
- You’ll generate affiliate links and implement our linking strategy, in collaboration with the Rev Ops team, to optimize commission-based revenue
- You’ll write refreshed, SEO-optimized article copy and conduct product research to update e-commerce articles experiencing product sellout
- You’ll write assigned articles and product reviews on an ad-hoc basis that help inform and guide new and expectant parents in their purchase decisions
- You’ll deliver content support for major shopping events such as Mother’s Day, Amazon Prime Day and Black Friday
- You’ll update and maintain the Product Reviews site section on a monthly basis as new articles are published, and support as needed with other editorial projects and administrative tasks
- You have a Bachelor’s degree in journalism, marketing or related field; a background in affiliate, e-commerce or consumer products is a plus
- You have 2-3 years of experience working in a digital editorial role; familiarity with Content Management Systems and a basic understanding of SEO best practices is a plus
- You boast excellent copy-writing skills and a familiarity with US english
- You pay extreme attention to detail and are committed to accuracy and quality standards
- You’re capable of working in a deadline-driven environment across multiple overlapping projects
- You work autonomously and collaborate easily with team members and other stakeholders
- Experience with image cropping in Photoshop is desirable
This role is Together@TKWW-eligible and based near one of our office hubs. Starting September 15, 2025, you’ll be expected to work in the office two days a week as part of our hybrid work model.
