ABOUT THE ROLE AND OUR TEAM

Sitting on the Culture and Experience team, the Manager will be the heartbeat of our office, creating a warm, polished, and high-touch environment that brings our culture to life. From running seamless events to managing daily operations with a hospitality mindset, you’ll support both local office experiences and our broader global culture. You’ll work closely with many key business partners, manage a team of coordinators across multiple offices, and report to the Senior Manager, Culture and Experience.

Community and Events

  • Lead all planning and logistics for internal event execution in your local office + other office locations you help manage.
  • Be a culture champion for TKWW by delivering exceptional in-person experiences and fostering a vibrant, welcoming environment in the office.
  • Serve as the first point of contact and brand ambassador for employees and visitors, setting the tone with warmth, professionalism, and hospitality.
  • Anticipate the needs of local and visiting employees and proactively deliver personalized experiences across roles, needs, and situations. You should bring a customer-centric mindset to every interaction.
  • Collaborate with your global Culture and Experience counterparts on a unified, global framework for experience, programming, and events, while tailoring for the local culture and space.
  • Cultivate an impeccable office atmosphere that supports innovation, inspiration, and collaboration, ensuring every corner of the space reflects care and intentionality.
  • Drive employee delight through thoughtful, detail-oriented support, proactive communication, and creative problem-solving.
  • Build strong relationships with vendors and partners to support seamless, high-quality internal events and engagements.
  • Partner with stakeholders across the organization to support team celebrations, milestone moments, large-scale company events and initiatives that foster connection and belonging.
  • Lead with hospitality and empathy, offering white glove service in every interaction, from casual conversations by the coffee station to executive event coordination.

Workplace and Operations

  • Be the go-to concierge for all employee, vendor, and visitor inquiries ,offering prompt, polished, and solutions-focused support.
  • Own daily office operations including vendor management, space upkeep, office cleanliness, mail and shipping, and supply replenishment across all common areas (dining spaces, refrigerators, mothers rooms, etc).
  • Manage access control systems, guest pre-registration, check-in through Envoy, and serve as the primary liaison for building security.
  • Curate the guest experience with thoughtful gestures (e.g., welcome emails, refreshments, clean and ready meeting spaces) that make a lasting impression.
  • Support the collection and data for ESG and real estate reporting, health and safety, budget tracking, and access control (training provided).
  • Be the point of contact for all workspace updates for your local office.
  • Offer general administrative support across the People team as needed, from data entry to planning to project coordination.

WHAT MAKES A SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE

  • A deep commitment to hospitality, with a passion for creating outstanding employee and guest experiences.
  • 5+ years of experience in workplace, facilities, hotel or office management,
  • 3+ years of experience managing vendors, office logistics, and events from concept to execution.
  • 3+ years of experience managing a team, ideally across multiple timezones. 
  • A keen eye for detail, especially in areas like inventory tracking, data management, and experience design.
  • A solutions-oriented approach to challenges, with the ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with tools like Envoy, G-Suite, Microsoft Office, Adobe, Smartsheets, and Canva are a plus.
  • Experience with RFP/RFI processes and a strong understanding of budget management and reporting.
  • Clear, professional communication skills with a collaborative spirit and high emotional intelligence.
  • This is an on-site position, requiring a presence in the office five days per week to support a high-touch, in-person employee experience.
  • English proficiency is required.
