Operations Supervisor

We're excited to announce an opening for an Operations Supervisor at our new Jefferson Park Center, presenting a fantastic opportunity to join a passionate team dedicated to making a real difference in the lives of children and families affected by autism.
What You Will Do:
- Manage day-to-day center operations, ensuring it remains open, operable, and at capacity year-round.
- Utilize various software for scheduling, record keeping, payroll, and communication, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory bodies.
- Oversee fiscal performance, ensuring budget adherence and proper expense documentation.
- Maintain a high-quality environment, ensuring the center is well-supplied and maintained.
- Build effective teams and cultivate a positive work culture.
- Foster productive relationships among staff, clients, and families.
- Collaborate with co-managers to achieve goals and ensure a positive employee experience.
- Lead and develop staff, overseeing onboarding and performance management.
- Analyze and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive efficiencies and profitability.
- Act as a liaison between company leadership and center staff.
- Champion change management by providing constructive feedback and supporting positive change.
- Engage with community providers to enhance resource listings and census.
What Will Set You Apart:
- High School diploma or GED
- Intermediate computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal, listening, and written communication skills
- 1-3 years of previous management experience
- Ability to multi-task in a busy office with frequent interruptions
- Proactive problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Fluency in Spanish (preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred)
- Prior administrative experience (preferred)
- Knowledge of general Human Resources (preferred)
