BASA Program at The Place:
- On-the-Job Supervision: Receive hands-on supervision 4-5 days per week.
- 40-Hour Work Week: Work directly with clients in-center to gain practical experience.
- Comprehensive Training: Master competencies aligned with the BACB Task Content Outline and Code of Ethics.
- Structured Support: Benefit from clearly defined tasks, and competency-based selection of supervisors.
- Resource Access: Utilize in-house articles, recorded trainings, and job aids to support your learning.
- Exam Support: Reimbursement for your first exam attempt.
- Comprehensive Orientation and Onboarding
Qualifications for Students:
- Currently enrolled in or have completed a master's degree program meeting all BACB qualifications.
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
- Completion of a Professionalism Self-Evaluation.
- Excellent clinical scores on treatment integrity checks during direct sessions.
- Application submission with completed essays.
- Good standing (i.e., no corrective action goals in place).
