Your Opportunity
The Scion Group is paving a path in student living, and we are seeking a talented Sales Communication Coordinator to join us in executing our vision. Based in Chicago, the Sales Communication Coordinator will play a crucial role in lead nurturing, sales messaging, and campaign execution to convert prospects into residents. In this role, you will craft compelling communications, optimize outward-facing sales messaging, and deploy scalable sales campaigns to engage potential residents and university-affiliated leads. Your efforts will have a direct impact on occupancy, lead conversion, and revenue performance across our portfolio of communities.
Your Responsibilities
- Write, design, and deploy mass email communications for leads and renewing current residents.
- Develop and deploy targeted sales campaign messaging to engage prospects and improve conversion rates.
- Monitor and analyze email performance metrics to optimize engagement and drive conversions.
- Create and refine messaging strategies for university lists and targeted prospect segments
- Update and optimize website banners to align with sales campaigns and promotions.
- Create repeatable, scalable sales campaigns that can be executed across multiple markets.
- Collaborate with regional leasing specialists to align personalized outbound touchpoint messaging with the larger campaign strategies.
- Collaborate with the web experience team for sales messaging on websites using strategies, such as A/B testing, to optimize conversion rates.

What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in: Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, with a preference for experience in the real estate or student housing sector.
- Strong understanding of local market dynamics and student housing industry trends.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and with external partners.
- Ability to travel as needed.
The base salary range for this full-time position is $55,000-$60,000 + bonus + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
