About The Role

We are looking for an ambitious and innovative Growth Marketing Manager to lead the charge in driving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. In this critical role, you will be the architect of our growth engine, identifying new opportunities to expand our reach and deepen our impact.

You will have the creative freedom to design and execute bold strategies while leveraging data-driven insights to optimize results. How You'll Make an Impact:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies to acquire and retain customers across multiple channels (e.g., paid social, youtube, and search channels).
  • Identify opportunities for scaling customer engagement, optimizing campaigns, and enhancing user experiences.
  • Design, test, and scale innovative marketing initiatives to accelerate revenue growth.
  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (e.g., paid social, youtube, and search channels) to maximize ROI.
  • Implement A/B testing and performance tracking to refine messaging, targeting, and creative assets.
  • Collaborate with data teams to analyze metrics and adjust strategies in real time.
  • Work with the brand and creative teams to craft compelling, on-brand content that drives traffic and engagement.
  • Leverage storytelling, thought leadership, and educational content to establish Thesis and Stasis as an industry leader.
  • Oversee SEO and SEM efforts to improve organic search visibility and traffic.
  • Define and track KPIs, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Build detailed reports to communicate campaign performance, customer acquisition costs, and conversion rates to leadership.
  • Stay informed of market trends, competitor activities, and new marketing tools and strategies.

We're Excited About Your:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field; MBA or relevant certifications (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot) are a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or a similar role, preferably in a DTC or health and wellness business.
  • Proven track record of driving measurable growth through multi-channel marketing strategies.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using attribution tools like Northbeam, Triple Whale, Google Analytics, or similar platforms.
  • Exceptional project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Creative thinker who thrives on testing, iterating, and refining strategies.
  • Results-oriented and data-driven with a passion for experimentation.
  • Collaborative and adaptable, with excellent communication skills.
  • Self-starter who takes initiative and thrives in a growth-focused environment.

Pay Transparency:

We can’t quantify everything we think you’ll love about working at Thesis, from the exciting projects you’ll work on, to the smart and humble team you’ll get to work with, and our supportive and inclusive culture. That said, our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of our total rewards package, which also includes comprehensive benefits and equity. The base salary hiring range for this position is $90,000-120,000, but the final compensation offer will ultimately be based on the candidate’s location, skill level and experience.
