Swift is looking for a results-driven Technical Recruiter to join our Virginia recruiting team. You will play a critical role in sourcing, screening, and closing technical talent with security clearances supporting our programs in the Intelligence Community and DoD. You will lead your own plate of requisitions while acting as a consultative partner to hiring managers and a trusted resource for candidates. Responsibilities:
- Full lifecycle recruiting for cleared technical positions, with a focus on TS/SCI + polygraph roles supporting the Intelligence Community.
- Lead structured kickoff meetings with hiring managers to define job requirements, ideal candidate profiles, interview process, and scorecards
- Source candidates via ClearanceJobs, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean strings, referrals, and targeted outreach; adjust strategies for hard-to-fill roles.
- Write personalized, high-conversion candidate messages that reflect Swift’s mission, culture, and opportunity.
- Conduct in-depth phone screens to assess technical alignment, clearance status, salary expectations, availability, and motivation for change.
- Present qualified candidates to hiring managers with clear and concise write-ups highlighting fit and alignment.
- Socialize top candidates across multiple programs, matching talent to prime and sub opportunities where appropriate
- Articulate Swift’s value proposition, including mission impact, compensation, benefits, and tech stack to influence talent to join the company
- Maintain meticulous notes, tagging, and candidate dispositioning in the ATS to ensure compliance and data integrity across open requisitions
Requirements:
- 3+ years of full lifecycle technical recruiting experience
- Experience hiring candidates for Intelligence Community programs at the TS/SCI with Polygraph level
- Experience hiring Software Engineers, DevOps Engineers, Network Engineers, Systems Engineers, and other technical disciplines
- Sourcing experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Boolean logic, networking, and proactive outreach strategies
- Ability to build long-term pipelines and engage passive talent through compelling messaging and relationship-building
- Ability to close bench / pipeline candidates for open sub or prime positions with urgency and precision
- Experience building a clear and detailed value proposition with candidates
- Experience working on multiple open positions and moving processes forward independently
- Effective communication strategies for presenting candidates, influencing hiring managers, and freeing up process roadblocks
- Proficient in ATS/CRM tools with a focus on clean data, consistent tagging, and timely updates
- US citizenship required
Desired Experience:
- Ability to take a lead on a new candidate from phone screen to offer with minimal Director supervision
- Familiarity with proposal recruiting and surge recruiting efforts
- Bachelor’s degree preferred

Pay Range: $49,996.80 - $290,004.00
Pay ranges are a general guideline and not intended as a guaranteed and/or implied final compensation or salary for this job opening. Determination of official compensation or salary relies on several different factors including, but not limited to: level of position, complexity of job responsibilities, geographic location, work experience, education, certifications, Federal Government contract labor categories, and contract wage rates.
