We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated HR Recruitment & Employer Branding Coordinator to join our growing global team. In this role, you will serve as our local representative in the United States, helping us identify and attract top talent while supporting our employer branding efforts through our Instagram account. Key Responsibilities | 工作职责

Talent Acquisition | 招聘工作

  • Source and identify qualified candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, Handshake, university career platforms, and other local recruitment channels.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial outreach to prospective candidates.
  • Introduce candidates to our company, answer general questions about opportunities, and coordinate interviews.
  • Collaborate closely with China-based HR and hiring teams to align hiring needs and provide recruitment updates.
利用 LinkedIn、Indeed、Handshake、高校职业平台等美国主流招聘渠道主动搜寻并筛选符合岗位要求的候选人。负责候选人的初步沟通,介绍岗位信息及公司情况,回答基础问题,并协调安排后续面试。与中国总部 HR 及业务团队保持密切沟通,对齐招聘需求并及时反馈招聘进展。
 
Employer Branding | 雇主品牌运营
  • Manage and grow Think Academy's U.S. Instagram employer branding account.
  • Plan, create, and publish engaging content showcasing company culture, employee stories, events, and career opportunities.
  • Monitor audience engagement and help improve our employer brand presence in North America.
  • Utilize basic graphic and video editing tools (e.g. Canva, CapCut, Photoshop) to create content.

Qualifications | 任职要求

Basic Qualifications | 基本要求

  • Must be currently located in the United States.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Bachelor's degree (or currently pursuing one) in Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, Psychology, Business, or a related field preferred.
目前居住在美国。具有在美国合法工作的资格。人力资源、市场营销、传媒、心理学、商科或相关专业优先。
 
Recruitment Experience | 招聘经验
  • Previous recruitment, talent sourcing, or headhunting experience is preferred.
  • Experience recruiting teachers, tutors, or education-related positions is a plus.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to work independently.
具有招聘、人才寻访或猎头相关经验者优先。有教师、助教、教育培训类岗位招聘经验者优先。具备优秀的沟通能力、组织协调能力及独立工作的能力。
 
Technical Skills | 专业技能
  • Familiarity with the U.S. job market and recruitment practices.
  • Active user of Instagram with an understanding of content creation and social media engagement.
  • Basic proficiency with Canva, CapCut, Photoshop, or similar creative tools.
