Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant - Mental Health Services - Remote
About Tia
Tia is building a new model for women’s healthcare — one that treats women as whole people, not separate conditions or life stages. By integrating primary care, mental health, gynecology, and wellness across both in-person and virtual settings, Tia is improving outcomes, lowering costs, and creating a better experience for patients and providers alike.

You will partner closely with therapists, MDs, NPs, PAs, acupuncturists, and clinical leaders to provide responsible, compassionate psychiatric assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, medication management, consultation, and referral support.
You will also help bring the mental health perspective into Tia’s broader care model by supporting clinical education, case consultation, quality improvement, policy development, and cross-functional collaboration.
