About the team
The Member Success Team (Inside Sales) is a front-line team, looking to engage with our existing customer base and help them to save time and money through utilising our products and services.
About the role
As a Team Lead of Member Success, you will;
- Lead the development of your product area by monitoring your team's performance, implementing sales strategies and leveraging insights from data analysis
- Develop your team of sales agents and strive for them to meet and exceed their personal and team targets by providing regular feedback, coaching and mentoring to improve the sales skills and results
- Work with different stakeholders in the business to identify opportunities to improve the operations, product and performance of the team and business area
- Ensure that the Member Success (Sales) team adheres to company policies, guidelines, and regulatory requirements in line with the Financial Conduct Authority (UK) rules and regulations
- Work with the Member Success Quality Assurance team to conduct quality checks on Member Success (Sales) calls to maintain high standards of service and professionalism
What we are looking for
Tide is seeking a strategic thinking and problem solving Sales Team Leader who strives for success. The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience in sales or a similar sales leadership role.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decisions
- Knowledge of financial products and services is a plus in the UK and European market
- Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or a related field is preferred (this is a plus, not a requirement)
- Experience in financial services – preferably in technology-driven & scale-up environments
- High proficiency of the English Language
