Who You Are:
To further this important mission, we are looking for an experienced Recruiter (Long Term Contract, Full-Time) to join our growing team based in our NYC office. You have previous experience sourcing and interviewing and should be excited about hustling to get the job done. You have a team-first mindset and can work seamlessly across all levels in a company. You have an interest in being both strategic and hands on and thrive in fast paced, ever changing environments. You put the “customer” first in all that you do and are passionate about ensuring that each candidate who considers Tomo has a unique, once-in-a-career experience and becomes a brand ambassador for Tomo Mortgage. You are a strong collaborator, love feedback and are excited to continue to grow your experience every day!
What You'll Do:
- Spend the bulk of your time in the top of funnel activity including high volume sourcing and interviewing
- Focus on bringing in talent with a diverse set of skills, experiences and backgrounds, and execute in a way that delivers measurable results for the business
- Manage full cycle recruiting to source and bring top talent into every position to drive Tomo’s growth
- Operate as a trusted partner to your teammates and hiring teams
- Create deep relationships with your candidates to support them throughout the process
What Makes You a Great Fit:
- 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, talent sourcing, or related field across varying functional groups and career levels
- Experience recruiting/sourcing for multiple roles at once
- A deep desire to connect top talent with amazing career opportunities
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and set expectations and drive engagement from hiring teams
- Care deeply about delivering a best in class candidate experience and motivated by the long term success of hires you make
- Consumer tech and start-up experience preferred
- Prior experience providing recruiting support for sales or “always-hiring” related roles optimal
- Scrappy and strategic, no task is too big or too small!
Location:
This role will be based in our NYC office on a hybrid schedule up to a few days per week as needed for onsite interview support.
Compensation:
The expected hourly rate for this role is $45-$55 per hour.
