Meet the Team:
- The FP&A team partners with all of the functions across the company by driving financial decisions and performance. Challenge and support Business Partners by leading the financial planning process and analyzing and reporting results while identifying risks and remediations.
What you'll do:
As a Finance & Data Visualization Intern, you'll play a critical role in turning raw financial data into meaningful insights. Your key responsibilities include:

Assisting in the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial statements and variance analysis

Supporting the mid-year budget process and ad-hoc financial reporting

Designing and building interactive dashboards using Excel, Adaptive Planning, and potentially Tableau

Creating visuals to clearly communicate financial performance and KPIs

Learning and using financial software for data entry, processing, and reporting

Supporting account reconciliation, vendor statement comparisons, and procurement analytics

Contributing to improvements in accounts payable processes and tail spend consolidation
What you’ll need to Succeed:
- Pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, or a related field
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Experience with Excel and basic financial modeling
- Familiarity with or willingness to learn dashboard platforms like Tableau or Adaptive Planning
- Ability to communicate complex data simply and effectively
- Interest in financial systems, reporting, and business operations
- Collaborative mindset and strong organizational skills
Bonus Points!
- Prior experience with financial reconciliation or budgeting tasks
- Exposure to data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Coursework or certifications in data analysis or financial reporting
- Enthusiasm for improving reporting processes or designing clean visual dashboards
- Experience working with procurement or accounts payable data
US Pay Range
$21 - $25 USD
