Torq is a fast-growing cybersecurity company with 500% growth in customers and 300% revenue growth since 2023. Torq is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our growing Customer Organization. This role will report into the Customer Org PMO group.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and drive the planning, execution, and delivery of Torq services to achieve strategic goals and milestones internally and externally.
- Collaborate with our PS, CSE, and CSM teams to monitor and address customer requirements, requests, and deliverables.
- Define project goals, scope, and objectives, ensuring alignment with customer needs and organizational strategy.
- Communicate program status, risks, and opportunities to senior leadership and stakeholders, providing regular updates on program progress and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Manage program budgets, ensuring efficient utilization of financial resources.
- Standardize project documentation in collaboration with other teams, evolving processes as needed to meet business requirements.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in managing technical projects or consulting roles within the cybersecurity space.
- Strong written and oral communication skills, with the confidence and ability to create, structure, and present messages to senior audiences.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, capable of juggling competing priorities while working with multiple strategic opportunities and customers.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities; tactful and effective in various situations.
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Notion, or PSA tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, PMP).
- Experience managing PS/CS SOAR projects.
