We're looking for an Executive Assistant & Travel Admin to join our growing team at Torq! In this role, you’ll work closely with our CEO and executive leadership team, helping manage calendars, organize meetings, plan travel, and coordinate events - ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

What Will You Do?

  • Support the CEO primarily and provide additional support to executive team members, as directed, to ensure that company goals and objectives are accomplished and that operations run efficiently
  • Manage professional and personal scheduling for CEO, including agendas, email, and other company logistics
  • Maintain and refine internal processes that support high-ranking executives companywide, and coordinate internal and external resources to expedite process
  • Coordinate complex scheduling and calendar management, as well as content and flow of information to senior executives.
  • Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials
  • Support special cross-company projects.
  • Support ad-hoc projects as needed, such as offsites and company events.
  • Administer flights and accommodation for travel and maintain a positive attitude to handle last-minute changes.

What Are We Looking For?

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to build effective relationships and work seamlessly with multiple stakeholders.
  • At least 1 year of experience as a Personal Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar role in the tech industry, reporting directly to upper management.
  • High sense of responsibility, accountability, and attention to detail.
  • Flexible team player, willing to adapt to changes and unafraid of challenges.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent English, both written and verbal, with the ability to tailor communication to different personalities - a must.
  • Capable of taking initiative and performing well under pressure.
