This isn't just another channel role; this is your chance to architect and cultivate a high-performing partner network that will directly influence Torq's market leadership. You will have the autonomy to build deep relationships, execute creative GTM strategies, and see the tangible impact of your work every day.

What You'll Do (The Core Responsibilities):
  • Architect the Channel: Strategically identify, recruit, and onboard high-impact partners, including resellers, VARs, and Service Providers (MSP/MSSP/MDR), to build a diverse and powerful channel ecosystem.
  • Drive Mutual Growth: Develop and execute joint business plans with key partners, defining mutual KPIs and revenue targets to create win-win relationships. You are the CEO of your partner territory.
  • Lead Go-to-Market Execution: Collaborate with partners and our marketing team to launch creative, pipeline-generating campaigns, webinars, and field events.
  • Champion Partner Enablement: Transform partners into Torq experts. Lead engaging training sessions and provide continuous support to ensure they can confidently articulate our value and drive sales.
  • Deliver Predictable Results: Own your forecast. Meticulously track partner performance, manage pipeline, and report on key metrics to ensure we are meeting and exceeding our channel revenue goals.
What You'll Bring (The Qualifications):
  • Experience: 3−5+ years of experience in a channel sales or partner management role within a B2B SaaS company, preferably in cybersecurity, IT operations, or automation.
  • Proven Success: A demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding channel sales quotas. You know how to recruit, enable, and co-sell with partners to win.
  • Strategic Mindset: You think beyond transactional sales, with experience building and executing multi-quarter joint business plans.
  • Exceptional Communicator: You possess outstanding presentation and relationship-building skills, with the ability to articulate a complex value proposition to both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Self-Starter: You are highly organized, motivated, and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You are comfortable with ambiguity and take ownership of your outcomes.
  • Tooling: Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and partner management tools.
Why You'll Love Working at Torq:
  • Make a Direct Impact: You will be a key player in a highly visible team, and your contributions will directly fuel Torq's growth trajectory.
  • Competitive Compensation: We offer a competitive salary and a compelling On-Target Earnings (OTE) plan that rewards high performance.
  • Career Growth: As we scale, so do our people. We provide opportunities for professional development and career advancement.
A Winning Culture: Join a collaborative, innovative, and transparent team that is passionate about our product and our customers.

Classification of protected categories is as follows:

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
