Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions is seeking a Graphic Designer. The Graphic Designer is responsible for developing visually engaging and brand-consistent marketing assets that support company initiatives, campaigns, events, and communications. This role focuses on tactical design execution and production across both digital and print channels while helping bring marketing strategies and creative concepts to life through polished visual storytelling.

The Graphic Designer will create and update a wide range of branded materials including templates, social media graphics, email graphics, digital advertisements, PowerPoint presentations, infographics, event signage, sales collateral, and other marketing assets. Working closely with marketing team members and cross-functional stakeholders, this individual will support campaign execution and ensure all creative deliverables align with established brand standards.

This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and comfort working within established brand guidelines and creative direction. The ideal candidate is collaborative, adaptable, organized, and passionate about producing high-quality visual materials in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably within a corporate or in-house marketing environment
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality digital and print design work across multiple marketing channels and asset types
  • Thorough understanding of brand standards and the ability to consistently execute within established visual guidelines
  • Exceptional attention to detail with strong focus on design accuracy, consistency, and production quality
  • Advanced aesthetic and visual composition skills including typography, color theory, layout, hierarchy, and visual storytelling
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop
  • Experience using Canva to develop and maintain branded marketing assets and templates for internal and external communications, including templates compatible across Canva and Adobe platforms
  • Strong understanding of print and digital design best practices including file setup, formatting, resolution, and output requirements
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills with the ability to work effectively across marketing, content, and cross-functional teams
  • Experience reviewing and proofing designed materials to ensure visual accuracy, brand consistency, and production readiness
  • Ability to shift priorities based on evolving business needs
  • Understanding of print production processes and digital asset optimization best practices

Preferred Qualifications

  • Basic motion graphics or video editing experience using Adobe Premiere Pro or Adobe After Effects
  • Understanding of UI/UX design fundamentals and responsive digital design principles
  • Experience working within project management platforms such as Asana or similar workflow tools
  • Knowledge of current design trends, marketing creative best practices, and emerging digital content formats
  • Experience organizing and maintaining digital asset libraries and branded template systems

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and produce branded marketing assets including templates, social graphics, email graphics, digital advertisements, presentations, infographics, and sales enablement materials
  • Create and update visual assets supporting campaigns, product launches, events, and marketing initiatives
  • Resize, version, and adapt creative assets across multiple formats, channels, and audiences
  • Design and prepare print-ready and digital-ready files for production and distribution
  • Support event and tradeshow design needs including signage, booth graphics, presentations, and promotional materials
  • Collaborate with marketing, content, and cross-functional teams to ensure visual consistency and timely project execution
  • Maintain and update branded templates and digital asset libraries
  • Review and proof creative materials to ensure brand accuracy, consistency, and production readiness
  • Support ongoing production needs and other related duties as assigned

As marketing initiatives, product launches, sales enablement activities, partner programs, and event support continue to expand, a dedicated graphic design resource is essential to support the growing demand for branded marketing materials across the organization. This role serves as a key creative production partner supporting marketing and sales activities by ensuring timely execution of deliverables, maintaining brand consistency, and supporting production demands tied to revenue-generating campaigns and strategic business initiatives.

The Graphic Designer will help improve operational efficiency, reduce creative production bottlenecks, and enable the organization to effectively support evolving marketing priorities across both digital and print channels.
