Head of Marketing Technology – London
At TransferGo, we believe that Marketing Technology (MarTech) is essential to driving our marketing success. As Head of MarTech, you will oversee the strategy, implementation, and optimisation of our marketing tech stack, playing a key role in driving growth and maximising the impact of our campaigns. We're looking for someone who thrives in a data-driven, fast-paced, and innovative environment.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Shaping and Driving MarTech Strategy
You will report to the VP of Growth Marketing and work closely with the Growth Marketing team to shape and drive the MarTech strategy, ensuring it supports the company’s growth objectives. You’ll develop and execute a comprehensive MarTech strategy, helping to allocate budgets effectively while driving our incrementality roadmap and optimising the performance of our channels.
Optimising Marketing Channel Performance
You’ll lead the development of a Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM) model to evaluate and determine the most effective media channels for each market, considering their maturity stages.
Managing the MarTech Stack
You will oversee and manage the marketing technology stack, including acquisition tools, lifecycle management systems, and integrations, ensuring seamless execution across all touchpoints.
Data Integrity and Optimisation
You will manage the implementation and optimisation of our server-to-server marketing stacks and tagging solutions, ensuring high data integrity and effectiveness in our campaigns.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
You will work closely with teams across Data Science, Product, and Engineering to drive the integration and optimisation of marketing technology and to enhance the Refer a Friend programme.
Owning the Refer a Friend Programme
You’ll take ownership of our Refer a Friend programme across all markets, continuously identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in leading MarTech initiatives, optimising marketing channel mixes, and driving measurable results, ideally within a high-growth, data-centric environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets, derive insights, and make informed decisions that drive performance.
- A background in the digital or tech sector is highly preferred, with hands-on experience scaling marketing initiatives in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
- In-depth knowledge of MarTech tools, including MMPs, CRM platforms, and data integration solutions, and the ability to integrate and optimise these technologies for cross-channel marketing efforts.
- Experience in both B2B and B2C products.
