The Partner Success Manager, Global Partner Services, plays a critical role in providing best-in-class account management and service to Tripadvisor's key enterprise clients, including over 200 large hotel chains, OTAs, and hotel marketing partners. This role requires an ambitious, exceptional candidate who can thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and global work environment, contributing immediately to the success and growth of partner campaigns.

 

What You'll Do:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for an assigned portfolio of Tripadvisor’s key enterprise clients.

  • Lead and manage day-to-day partner interactions, focusing on Meta, Sponsored Placements, and Business Advantage initiatives.

  • Foster long-term client relationships, seeking mutually beneficial solutions to meet team and department goals.

  • Oversee the partnership lifecycle from pre-sales to success, including commercial negotiations, integration processes, and live campaign management.

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive account management program for assigned clients, aligning Tripadvisor products with client objectives to achieve agreed KPIs and OKRs/MBOs.

  • Facilitate the transition from Sales to Partner Success, ensuring smooth launch, integration, and optimization of campaign performance.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Operations, Hotels Org teams, Partner Analytics) to ensure seamless campaign execution and client satisfaction.

  • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to enhance efficiency and scalability in partner service delivery.

  • Guide the development and implementation of Partner Success strategies to achieve KPIs and drive growth.

  • Lead projects aimed at enhancing the competitiveness and health of the Meta and Sponsored Placement auction, including property mapping and partner rate improvement.

  • Partner with the Partner Analytical Manager to develop and execute growth strategies, track performance, and identify areas of risk and opportunity.

  • Work with various management levels within partner and internal teams to identify and pursue win-win solutions and opportunities.

 

Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B account management, client relationship management, or a related role.
  • Deep understanding and experience with Meta Search and the Meta Search ecosystem.
  • Strong sense of ownership and comfort with ambiguity, capable of working independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Excellent communication an interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and collaborate globally.
  • Advanced problem- solving and analytical abilities, proficient in Excel and Salesforce.
  • Results-oriented, organized, flexible and adaptable to change and new information

Education:

  • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree required

Additional Requirements:

  • Willingness to travel.
  • French-speaking preferred.
