Snapshot of the role:
We are seeking a highly-skilled & talented Sales Marketing Specialist who can support the Marketing team focused on driving awareness & consideration for Tripadvisor as an advertising partner. This newly created role will report into the Sales Marketing Manager and focus primarily on sales marketing including toolkits, case studies, templates and more to grow our Enterprise business.
Job Location: Hybrid
This role is a hybrid position that requires 3-5 days per month in our New York office.
What You’ll Do
- You will assist the Sales Marketing Manager with the following:
- Create and maintain Tripadvisor’s Sales Toolkits including our General Presentation, Product Library, Templates and more
- Assist with the creation of Vertical Go-To-Markets that highlight Tripadvisor’s value proposition to a variety of verticals
- Create go-to-market & sales materials for new advertising products; working closely with our Product Strategy team
- Create presentation decks for Tripadvisor leadership at key events
- Take on a global remit; localize sales marketing content & create translated versions as needed
- Own the case study process, developing case studies for Sales to use in the field highlighting campaigns, verticals & products
- Own our award submissions process, managing the calendar, submitting B2B awards on behalf of different teams at Tripadvisor, and monitoring wins
- Develop social media & email assets when needed
- Create ad hoc sales materials as needed from inbound requests
- Work across multiple stakeholders & internal teams; project manage efficiently to meet deadlines
- Create internal comms together on behalf of the Enterprise Marketing Team (newsletters, agendas, recaps, 101 decks, etc.)

Skills & Experience
- 2+ years’ work experience in a B2B/Enterprise, Marketing, Sales Marketing or Brand Strategy role within the Advertising & Media Industry
- Understanding of media, marketing and advertising
- Bachelors’ degree in Communications, Journalism, Business, Marketing or related field
- A “deck making pro”; Google Slides is your happy place; you can create beautiful decks & slides that are digestible and engaging (knowledge of tools like Figma, Canva, etc. is a plus)
- Strong writing skills & an eye for design; experience using G-Suite/Google Slides
- Experience with project management tools (we use Airtable)
- Ability to meet project deadlines with autonomy
- Ability to create content using data & research
- Can work across multiple stakeholders & collaborators; ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapting easily and quickly to change
- Strong communicator, both written and oral
- Ability to work across global markets and different time zones; adjusting content & materials based on regional needs

The salary range for this role is $85,000 to $95,000. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. An employee’s pay position within the wage range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs. This compensation range may also be modified in the future.
