The role:

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Partner Marketing Specialist to drive our ecosystem growth and collaborative marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing partner marketing strategies that expand our market reach, enhance brand visibility, and create mutually beneficial partnerships within the tours and experiences technology landscape.

You’ll be part of the Bókun Marketing team and will collaborate extremely closely with various internal teams, travel experiences suppliers / resellers, destination management companies and Tech connectivity partners (Online Travel Agencies, ticketing systems etc).
 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive partner marketing strategy aligned with company growth objectives

  • Own the Free trial and supplier activation targets via partner channels

  • Create co-marketing programs and collaborative campaigns that drive mutual value

  • Leverage marketing campaigns to foster and develop our key partner relationships

  • Design partner enablement materials, including pitch decks, marketing collateral, and sales training resources

  • Manage partner communication channels and develop regular engagement programs

  • Coordinate and drive Bokun activations at partner events, trade shows, conferences, and webinars.

  • Track and report on partner marketing performance metrics, including partner-sourced revenue, lead generation, and market expansion

  • Negotiate and manage partner marketing budgets and co-marketing investments

 

Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of experience in partner marketing, channel marketing, or ecosystem development within B2B software or technology sectors

  • Marketing experience within the travel sector highly desirable but not essential

  • Proven track record of developing successful partner marketing programs

  • Strong understanding of SaaS business models and partnership ecosystems

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

  • A strong sense of ownership 

  • Excellent execution and organisational skills

  • A strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent communication and influencing skills with near native level business English. 

  • Other European languages would be a plus but not a requirement.
