What we do in Search Marketing: 

We are a world class Search Marketing team that manages large scale marketing campaigns across all areas of travel through SEM, Meta Marketing, and SEO. In this role you will be primarily focused on Experiences Meta Marketing program development, but you will have exposure to broader team functions and the opportunity to engage in cross-channel initiatives.

This is a unique opportunity for a smart, data savvy paid marketing professional to step up to the next level in their career. As an analyst in the team, you will be empowered by data and responsible for conducting analysis and unearthing growth opportunities. You will also manage A/B tests from start to finish, owning everything from test design to optimizing at scale. By working cross-functionally with engineers, data scientists, publisher partners, and internal stakeholders you will be able to drive incremental profit, lead continuous experimentation, grow the business, and achieve operational excellence.

Job Location: Remote

This role is a remote position in the United States with a strong preference for East Coast Time Zone. Occasional travel to company offices as necessary.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage large, global marketing campaigns
  • Design, conduct, analyze, and report on A/B tests for different business functions
  • Lead data analysis, identify profit/growth opportunities, and uncover actionable insights
  • Work collaboratively with data scientists and engineers to improve tools and automate processes
  • Conduct user funnel/segment analysis to better understand the users, and provider insights for UX improvements
  • Optimize landing page experience by working cross-functionally with product and content teams
  • Partner with external publishers (Google, Microsoft etc.) and stay abreast of the latest developments in Performance Marketing

Skills & Experience: 

  • 2+ years of experience working as a paid marketing analyst (large scale, global experience preferred)
  • Problem solver who enjoys analyzing large amounts of data and is results driven
  • Ability to run and interpret tests – for example ad testing, A/B or multivariate
  • Analytical and data driven, able to produce actionable insights 
  • Highly organized and a self-starter
  • Strong communication skills both verbally and in presenting data
  • Other relevant skills include: Google Ads, Bing Ads, working cross-functionally (particularly with technical teams)
  • Prior experience with running feed-based marketing campaigns and knowledge of SQL/Tableau
  • Remote location available for US.

The salary range for this role is $90,000 - $115,000. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. An employee’s pay position within the wage range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs. This compensation range may also be modified in the future.
