About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Senior Supplier Support Advisor to join our dynamic global team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in helping tour operators worldwide create high-quality, accurate, and detailed product listings for Viator and TripAdvisor. You'll be the go-to person for operators, answering their questions and providing expert guidance via email, chat, and phone.

 

We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment and has a genuine love for travel. If you have excellent B2B customer service skills, keen attention to detail, and a proactive "can-do" attitude, we want to hear from you. You'll not only support our growing online business but also contribute to the development and training of your colleagues.

 

What You'll Do:

  • Provide real-time support to tour operators via email, live chat, and phone.

  • Resolve escalated issues by investigating their root cause.

  • Address operator inquiries about their accounts, products, and bookings.

  • Train operators on how to use our self-service tools for managing bookings and updating information.

  • Collaborate with the customer support teams to resolve customer and operator issues.

  • Identify and report emerging trends and common issues.

  • Champion new departmental initiatives and best practices.

  • Assist team members with advice and tips to improve operational efficiency.

  • Utilize content management systems to review and optimize tour and activity listings on Viator.

  • Ensure accurate categorization of products across all sales channels, including Viator, TripAdvisor, and distribution partners.

  • Facilitate smooth connectivity between operator systems and Viator/TripAdvisor systems.

  • Guide operators in optimizing their products for online distribution.

  • Take ownership of and resolve escalations on the first contact.

  • Handle other duties as assigned.

 

What We're Looking For:

  • Ability to work independently and make sound, business-driven decisions.

  • Experience with Google Docs, CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), and online platforms.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus.

  • Strong work ethic with meticulous attention to detail and follow-through.

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience with 3+ years in a customer support role.

  • Minimum broadband speeds of 25MB download and 10MB upload.

  • Quiet home office environment with a direct Ethernet connection to the router/modem.

  • Ability to perform effectively under pressure while maintaining high-quality results.

  • Flexibility in work hours to meet scheduling needs and customer demands.

The salary range for this role is $16.83 to $24.04 per hour This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. An employee’s pay position within the wage range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs. This compensation range may also be modified in the future.
