Live Game Supervisor

As part of our expansion, we are launching our Live Casino Studio in Monterrey, producing high-quality, English-language live casino content for international markets across Blackjack, Baccarat, Roulette, and Craps.

We are seeking a professional and experienced Live Casino Supervisor to oversee live table operations, ensure game integrity and compliance, and support croupiers in delivering a smooth, fair, and engaging live gaming experience. This role is key to maintaining operational excellence and player satisfaction during live-streamed sessions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage staff rotations and shift coverage to ensure continuous operational flow.
• Supervise game materials across all shifts, ensuring proper handling and availability.
• Continuously monitor the development and flow of live games.
• Perform dealer (croupier) duties when operationally required.
• Make operational decisions in the absence of the Manager.
• Monitor screens and tables to ensure correct functionality and compliance with operational standards.
• Identify and address operational issues in real time to maintain service quality.

Experience & Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Dealer/Croupier, Floor Supervisor, or similar operational role.
• Experience working in live gaming or casino environments.
• Availability to work rotating shifts.
