Job Description 

 

Reporting to the Business Head of Cards and Lending, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team and get to design, assist in developing and delivering one of our key revenues generating product propositions. As a Product Lead, you will own and grow our core Card and Lending products, crafting a unified value proposition that anticipates and fulfils customer needs, in line with the Bank’s mission to redefine banking through simplicity, transparency, and trust. You are a digital native with a natural intuition for design and technology, coupled with a strategic mindset. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, get excited by solving complex problems and are happy to roll your sleeves up and get things done. 

 

The Role Responsibility: 

  • Own and evolve a flagship Cards & Lending product, including full P&L accountability  
  • Define and execute a forward-looking product strategy, leveraging data, market trends, and emerging technologies (including AI) 
  • Drive end-to-end product lifecycle management: acquisition, engagement, credit performance, and portfolio growth 
  • Develop innovative product propositions grounded in deep customer insight and analytics  
  • Identify and unlock new growth opportunities across customer and credit segments  
  • Embed AI and data-driven decisioning into product features, operations, and customer journeys  
  • Be the voice of the customer, translating complex needs into elegant, intuitive experiences  
  • Work closely with Engineering, Data, Risk, and Operations to deliver seamless, high-quality journeys  
  • Lead day-to-day execution while continuously experimenting, learning, and iterating

  • A technologically curious mindset, with strong interest or hands-on experience in AI, automation, or data-driven products

Our Ideal Candidate: 

  • 10+ years of experience, with 6+ years in product management (preferably in Cards, Lending, or fintech)  
  • Proven track record of owning and scaling customer-facing financial products  
  • Strong understanding of credit, cards, and lending ecosystems  
  • Experience working in agile, fast-paced digital environments  
  • Solid grasp of mobile and web technologies, with exposure to data/AI-driven product development as a strong advantage  
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills  
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical or quantitative discipline (e.g. Finance, Engineering, Computer Science)
