Performance Marketing Lead
Trust is the first of a new breed of banks in Singapore – digitally native and focused on delivering a delightful customer experience. You will work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment to solve new and interesting challenges each day. Together with our Trust team, you will help shape the future of our bank.
Customer team at Trust is where strategy, design, data, and creative come together. The team drives design and marketing of all new products, brand building, launch campaigns, accelerating acquisitions, and boosting engagement and retention. They turn insights into actions, working across teams to scale what works and experiment with what’s next.
We're looking for a Performance Marketing Lead to join Customer team in Singapore. This hands-on leadership role will own the strategy, execution, and continuous optimisation of Trust’s paid acquisition engine. Your job is to make every dollar of paid media work harder, while amplifying, rather than competing with, the referral and word-of-mouth growth that has carried Trust to a million customers.
The Role Responsibility:
Own performance marketing strategy and results
- Set the strategy, budget allocation and long-term roadmap for paid acquisition across search, paid social, app install (UAC), programmatic and affiliate/partnership channels.
- Own acquisition KPIs end to end - CAC, conversion rate, activation, ROAS and downstream LTV, and report performance and outlook to marketing and business leadership.
- Manage a multi-million-dollar annual media budget, reallocating spend in real time based on channel efficiency and business priorities.
Run and scale the paid media engine
- Plan, launch and optimise always-on and campaign-based activity across Google (Search, UAC, PMax), Meta, TikTok, Apple Search Ads and programmatic/DSP platforms.
- Build a rigorous testing agenda - creative, audience, bidding strategy and landing page experiments to continuously improve efficiency at scale.
- Direct performance-focused creative briefs and work with in-house and agency creative teams to keep a high-velocity content pipeline feeding every channel.
Build the measurement backbone
- Own mobile and web attribution end to end, including MMP configuration (e.g. AppsFlyer/Adjust), SKAN and ATT frameworks, and server-side/first-party tracking as third-party signal degrades.
- Partner with Data and Engineering to build dashboards and incrementality/holdout tests that separate genuinely incremental growth from channel noise.
- Bring a strong point of view on marketing mix modelling and multi-touch attribution to guide budget decisions across paid, referral and on-ground channels.
Integrate paid, referral and on-ground growth
- Work closely with the growth and partnership team to design paid campaigns that reinforce (not cannibalise) Trust's referral programme.
- Identify where performance media can accelerate proven organic and word-of-mouth loops, and where it should step back and let them run.
Lead people and partners
- Manage and develop a small team of performance marketing specialists, plus media, creative and analytics agency partners.
- Act as the performance marketing voice in cross-functional forums with Product, Data Science, Finance, Legal and Compliance, translating regulatory and risk requirements into campaigns that are both effective and fully compliant with MAS advertising guidelines and internal fair-dealing standards.
Our Ideal Candidate:
- 10+ years in performance or growth marketing, including experience leading paid acquisition strategy at a consumer app, e-commerce, fintech, or digital-first brand.
- Deep, hands-on expertise across paid social, paid search and mobile app install campaigns (Google UAC, Meta, TikTok, Apple Search Ads), with a track record of managing meaningful budgets against hard efficiency targets.
- Strong command of mobile measurement partners (AppsFlyer or Adjust), SKAN/ATT, GA4 and attribution methodology in a privacy-constrained environment.
- Comfortable in the data SQL and spreadsheet-level analysis at minimum, and able to turn campaign and cohort data into a clear investment recommendation.
- A builder's mindset: equally comfortable setting quarterly strategy and personally troubleshooting a tracking issue or a stalled campaign.
- Excellent stakeholder management, you can hold your own with Finance on ROI and with Compliance on what a bank can and cannot say in an ad.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, economics, a quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
Good to have:
- Prior performance marketing experience at e-commerce or high-growth fintech.
- Experience designing or scaling referral, loyalty or partnership-driven growth loops alongside paid media.
- Familiarity with Singapore's media landscape and MAS guidelines on financial promotions.
- Working knowledge of Python or scripting for marketing automation and reporting.
