Senior Product Manager - UX
Truveta is the world’s first health provider led data platform with a vision of Saving Lives with Data. Our mission is to enable researchers to find cures faster, empower every clinician to be an expert, and help families make the most informed decisions about their care. Achieving Truveta’ s ambitious vision requires an incredible team of talented and inspired people with a special combination of health, software and big data experience who share our company values.
Truveta was born in the Pacific Northwest, but we have employees who live across the country. Our team enjoys the flexibility of a hybrid model and working from anywhere. In person attendance is required for one week during the year for Truveta Planning Week.
For overall team productivity, we optimize meeting hours in the pacific time zone. We avoid scheduling recurring meetings that start after 3pm PT, however, ad hoc meetings occur between 8am-6pm Pacific time. #LI-remote
Who We Need
Truveta is rapidly building a talented and diverse team to tackle complex health and technical challenges. Beyond core capabilities, we are seeking problem solvers, passionate and collaborative teammates, and those willing to roll up their sleeves while making a difference. If you are interested in the opportunity to pursue purposeful work, join a mission-driven team, and build a rewarding career while having fun, Truveta may be the perfect fit for you.
This Opportunity
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the charge in bringing Truveta’s intelligence to new audiences through innovative user experiences. This is a mission-critical role that will expand our impact beyond technical researchers, enabling clinicians, operational leaders, and others to engage with Truveta through intuitive, agent-driven applications. The ideal candidate blends product craftsmanship, creativity, and a deep user empathy to drive intelligent, usage-first design across mobile and desktop.
This role will own the strategy for consumer-facing applications — including mobile experiences — that act as a gateway to our AI-driven systems. You will play a pivotal role in transforming healthcare intelligence into accessible, engaging, and high-utility products for a broader set of personas, helping Truveta reach its full potential as a daily-use intelligence engine for health.
You will partner closely with UX designers, engineering, marketing, and our customers to craft seamless product experiences — from novel entry points to integrated pathways into our flagship Truveta Studio.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Vision for UX & Consumer Expansion
- Define the product strategy and roadmap to extend Truveta’s AI capabilities to new healthcare user personas through accessible, high-utility applications.
- Envision how a mobile-first or consumer-style app experience becomes the primary interface for interacting with our agentic systems.
- Drive exploration and iterative experimentation to uncover what unlocks value and engagement across different user types.
- Design + UX Leadership
- Collaborate closely with the Design and UX engineering teams to prototype and test new interaction models that are delightful, intuitive, and aligned with user workflows.
- Ensure that design principles derived from mobile and agentic experience development also improve Truveta Studio’s interface for technical users.
- Support experience continuity across web and mobile to enable seamless transitions.
- Cross-functional & GTM Partnership
- Work closely with go-to-market (GTM) stakeholders — including Product Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales — to identify target users and use cases and build awareness of new capabilities.
- Translate real-world customer feedback into experience improvements and product prioritization.
- Lead with curiosity, learning quickly from customer experiments and internal pilots.
- Measure and Grow Usage
- Define and track key usage metrics (DAUs, feature adoption, retention) to validate hypotheses and scale successful patterns.
- Use insights from mobile usage and experience telemetry to influence core Truveta Studio and platform roadmap.
Key Impact Areas
- Democratize Healthcare Intelligence: Unlock AI-powered insights for new personas by delivering mobile and consumer-style product experiences.
- Drive Agentic Engagement: Create daily-use applications that serve as the primary interface to Truveta’s intelligent systems.
- Unify UX Across Products: Establish design and interaction patterns that scale across mobile and Studio, ensuring product cohesion and customer delight.
- Grow Usership: Enable a step-function growth in usage by making Truveta relevant to a broader set of healthcare professionals.
Key Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience in product management, with significant focus on data analytics, data science, or business intelligence platforms
- Experience building mobile or consumer-grade applications with a focus on experimentation, fast iteration, and intuitive design
- Demonstrated success driving cross-functional efforts across design, engineering, GTM, and customer teams
- Strong product instincts with a bias toward action and validated learning
- Excellent storytelling and communication skills to convey product vision and decisions
- Comfortable working with AI-driven systems or data-rich product environments
- Able to work with teams on west coast hours with a distributed remote team
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in healthcare, healthtech, or building products for regulated industries
- Familiarity with conversational AI, agentic systems, or voice/chat interfaces
- Experience with product-led growth and driving activation through UX
- Experience leading mobile-first or mobile-companion app launches
- Prior success with greenfield product development in a fast-paced environment
