We are looking for software engineers excited by the opportunity to improve health care in far-reaching ways. To realize this goal, we are looking for creative and capable software engineer to build modern automation tools to streamline our engineering processes.

In this position, you will have an opportunity to collaborate with internal users, analyze their use cases, requirements, and expectations, lead and develop scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud-based software solutions to remove inefficiencies, pain points, and enable the users to deliver faster and more. 

 We are seeking Software Engineers who:

  • Are proficient in leveraging AI-powered coding assistants (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Gemini Code Assist, Claude Code) to accelerate development, enhance code quality, and optimize debugging processes.
  • Demonstrate expertise across the full technology stack, including designing user-facing front-end interfaces, developing robust back-end services, and managing complex database systems.
  • Have deep expertise in cloud-based development, encompassing coding, testing, source control, CI/CD pipelines, and API integration.
  • Have a strong portfolio of completed projects (e.g., via a GitHub profile) that demonstrates their skills across the stack. Previous professional experience in a similar role is highly valuable.
  • Have a proven ability to work well in an agile team environment, participating in code reviews and pair programming.
  • Can present the final design and demo to executives and other decision-makers for the final sign-off.
  • Seek new ways of solving problems that increase efficiency.

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field preferred. Equivalent experience is welcomed.
  • Proven experience in full-stack software development and cloud-based deployment.
  • Strong portfolio of technical projects (e.g., GitHub profile or similar).

 Frontend

  • Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript (ES6+) and responsive web design
  • Experience with modern frameworks: React, Angular, or Vue.js
  • Familiarity with styling libraries such as Tailwind CSS or Bootstrap

Backend

  • Skilled in languages like Node.js, Python, Java, C#, or Ruby
  • Experience with back-end frameworks (e.g., Express, Flask, Django, .NET, Spring)
  • Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and GraphQL

Databases

  • Experience with both SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra)
  • Knowledge of schema design, query optimization, and caching systems (e.g., Redis, Memcached)

DevOps & Cloud

  • Proficient with Git and CI/CD pipelines
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
  • Familiar with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration

AI Integration

  • Skilled in using AI-powered coding assistants (e.g., Copilot, Gemini, Cursor)
  • Experience reviewing AI-generated code and applying prompt engineering techniques

The hourly rate for this position is $60-$80. The pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target. Pay is based on several factors including location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles are eligible for additional compensation such as incentive pay and stock options.
