Sales Systems & Insights Lead
Truveta is the world’s first health provider led data platform with a vision of Saving Lives with Data. Our mission is to enable researchers to find cures faster, empower every clinician to be an expert, and help families make the most informed decisions about their care. Achieving Truveta’ s ambitious vision requires an incredible team of talented and inspired people with a special combination of health, software and big data experience who share our company values.
Truveta was born in the Pacific Northwest, but we have employees who live across the country. Our team enjoys the flexibility of a hybrid model and working from anywhere. In person attendance is required for one week during the year for Truveta Planning Week.
For overall team productivity, we optimize meeting hours in the pacific time zone. We avoid scheduling recurring meetings that start after 3pm PT, however, ad hoc meetings occur between 8am-6pm Pacific time. #LI-remote

This Opportunity
As Sales Systems & Insights Lead, you’ll be the backbone of our revenue engine, owning the systems, data, and insights that drive sales execution and growth.
Reporting to the Director of Sales Operations, you’ll be the go-to expert for Salesforce and the GTM tech stack, providing the tools and intelligence that enable disciplined deal qualification, accurate forecasting, and efficient execution. Your work will directly shape how we inspect pipeline health, guide sales strategy, and accelerate growth.
You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance, and all customer-facing teams to ensure our sales organization operates with precision, insight, and impact.
What You'll Own & Deliver
- CRM & GTM Systems: Own and optimize Salesforce CRM as the backbone of the revenue engine, ensuring reliability, usability, and seamless integrations. Embed MEDDICC into Salesforce through fields, workflows, and reporting that drive disciplined deal qualification and pipeline inspection. Maintain and evolve the GTM tech stack — including plug-ins and connected tools for Business Development, ABM, and Demand Generation — to maximize adoption, efficiency, and scale.
- Forecasting & Insights: Maintain and enhance analytics frameworks, delivering actionable dashboards on pipeline health, win/loss trends, product adoption, and revenue attainment. Develop and refine forecasting models, analyze trends, and provide Partner & Growth leadership with full-funnel reporting and recommendations. Ensure leadership decisions are grounded in accurate, timely data.
- Data Governance & Quality: Enforce governance policies to keep Salesforce and GTM systems accurate, consistent, and clean. Define and evolve standards as systems and processes scale, working cross-functionally to uphold data quality. Support demand generation and ABM campaigns with a focus on data integrity and reliable reporting.
- Planning & Sales Operations: Support segmentation, territory management, and partner alignment to drive growth and retention. Partner with Business Development on lead routing, scoring, and SLA adherence. Improve sales processes, identify bottlenecks, and drive consistent execution. Lead strategic projects such as system enhancements, market expansion, and quote-to-order improvements.
