Truveta was born in the Pacific Northwest, but we have employees who live across the country. Our team enjoys the flexibility of a hybrid model and working from anywhere. In person attendance is required at least once per year for an onsite meeting.
For overall team productivity, we optimize meeting hours in the pacific time zone. We avoid scheduling recurring meetings that start after 3pm PT, however, ad hoc meetings occur between 8am-6pm Pacific time.#LI-hybrid
- Have proven experience leveraging cryptographic technologies in large scale data processing.
- Are quick learners and can demonstrate the ability to trade-off optimization, complexity and time to ship
- Has experience publishing to /consuming from Open Source ecosystem.
- Demonstrates a strong commitment to safeguarding user privacy and ensuring the effective deidentification of data.
- Can demonstrate strong ability to lead a project across multiple teams and engage with customers
- Has good written communication skills in authoring technical articles
- Has knowledge and experience in using and designing distributed systems, data pipelines, APIs and consumption experiences
- Can guide workstreams, mentor and inspire junior developers and cultivate a positive work environment
- Strict adherence to Truveta principles in support of ethical innovation
- Willingness to commit to ongoing training on key topics like privacy, ethics, and security
Key Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience building production quality software in a team setting
- Experience building cloud services or data programming languages like Java, Python, or C#
- Building and supporting Kubernetes-hosted services across multiple-tenants.
- 5+ years of experience working on modern cloud-native platforms(AWS, GCP, Azure); InfOps or DevOps experience
- Prior experience with CIAM, AuthN, AuthZ is a plus
- B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science or related field

- The base pay for this position is $190,000 to $235,000. The pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target. Pay is based on several factors including location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles are eligible for additional compensation such as incentive pay and stock options.
