About The Role

We’re hiring a Logistic Operations Specialist to support Picnic’s expansion into the Austin market. This is a dynamic and hands-on role ideal for someone early in their career who loves logistics and metrics.

What You’ll Do

• Support operations organization by ensuring operational data is correct, users are set up correctly to use the operating systems.
• Run quality assurance and data audit activities to ensure data is accurate and updated.
• Manage process-based customer needs on behalf of the operations team such as payments, alcohol applications, tobacco licenses, health permits etc liaising with external counsel as required.
• Train operations team on use of systems, acting as key interface with team via phone and email support in a professional and efficient manner
• Support other activities within Business Operations as required. 

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from a top university
• Ability to think strategically and act tactically; you enjoy rolling up your sleeves and making things happen
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Entrepreneurial, resourceful, and comfortable with ambiguity
• Passion for food, startups, or improving the future of office-based culture

This role is based in our Austin office location. As a company driven by innovation and continuous change, close collaboration is essential. That’s why all of our office-based teams work onsite, five days a week.
